I'm Karl Tatterson, a Hamilton nutrition coach, and if you're navigating the complexities of health and nutrition, you're in the right place. My journey to becoming a nutrition and health coach was paved with my own weight loss battles. For years, I chased quick fixes, only to find myself back where I started. It wasn't until I gained the right knowledge that I finally achieved a significant and sustainable 30+kg weight loss, which I've maintained for around six years. This personal transformation wasn't just about the number on the scale; it involved embracing the power of consistent effort and a controlled approach, understanding that a deficit isn't a life sentence but a strategic phase.


This personal victory sparked a passion for helping others achieve their own health goals through sustainable methods. Now, as a qualified nutrition and health coach, I specialize in supporting individuals, especially those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, in improving their overall health for long-term vitality and hormonal balance. I firmly believe that slow and steady wins the race when it comes to lasting body composition changes. My own journey also highlighted the incredible benefits of resistance training for overall well-being and body composition (something I'm excited to explore further in my own training and future development).
As a Hamilton nutrition coach, a busy dad of three boys and a husband of over 10 years, I get that life can be demanding.
